Homes are WiFi ready
If you’ve ever had to re-wire an existing house to keep up with new technology, you know it’s a lot better if the wiring is installed during construction. That’s why we did some research and found out what you need to have wi-fi service in your home. We picked a closet in a central location of the house and installed a cable outlet, a CAT5 phone outlet and a receptacle where you can plug in the router we provide, contact whoever you want to provide your service and you’re in business! WiFi Ready – another quality feature of a Crayton and Company home.
Changed locks to keyless entry
You can now have professional grade security at your front door! We wanted to provide owners with the convenience of a keyless entry and found out we could offer extra security as well. On the convenience side, there is of course the advantage of no keys to hide, lose or forget. The keypad is easily programmable with the capability to have 19 user codes – great for allowing entrance to a plant waterer or dog sitter, then changed when their job is completed. There are many security features, including a vandal resistant free-spinning deadbolt turn; your special 6 digit code is required to add and delete user codes; mechanical key override; extra long deadbolt that extends through the door frame into the stud. On top of all that, they look good too! Keyless entry – one more feature of a quality Crayton and Company home.
